Website error after updating Realty Portal plugin

Hello,

after updating the realty portal plugin I had a serious website error and had to disable the whole plugin at the ftp server. I cannot rollback the plugin. Please advice

I also noticed there should be an update for the theme, but it is not shown in the WP-Dashboard.

I have rolled the whole website back, and it is funktional again. Please advice as to the installation of the theme update and realty plugin. If that is correlating and how I can install the update first.

Hello.

Thank you for contacting us.

You need to update the theme first, then you can update the plugin. We have removed some functions from the theme to the plugin as required by Envato.

Sorry for that issue, please check it again. And can you check the admin URL? We can't access to your site back-end.

thanks fpor the info. You schould be able to access the page we are blokking certain countries, is Vietnam still the acces point?

Where exactly can I find the Theme update? Do I have to reinstall the whole file ?

Yes, we are still in Vietnam. Let us know how to access your site back-end again.

You can download the theme package from Envato, using the FTP to rename the current theme folder and upload the new file again. That will help you update the theme and have the old version.
