You can go to the source code to edit h1 tag. Please go to {root}\wp-content\themes\noo-jobmonster\layouts\heading.php line 296 and 316

We are so sorry but you should make this custom on your website only. Because maybe most of the customers don't want to make it. That's the reason why we don't add it to next version of Jobmonster theme.

Moreover, we will add a feature to Jobmonster theme when there are many customers who requested.
