View User ID and Password of User – Back end (urgent)

Hi,

I have constant messages and help required from Employers and Candidate, for their password.

Except the way to use 'forget password' method.

Kindly advise a way i can view password of every employer and candidate as Admin.

Hi,

You can generate a new password for user. Later they can then login and change the new password.

I mean, can we the admin view any Register User current login password.
