In this case, please download our updated package from ThemeForest market then upload it to your WordPress website and upload it via FTP account. Because some of the servers are incompatible with our server. Therefore, you cannot update directly.

I hired someone to update the theme but when we did it ran very very very slow. We had to revert back to the old version because it was too slow. Are you experiencing issues with the current theme and the new version of word press?

We are so sorry but we don't support to update theme if the customers have the customization in their website. In this case, you should update it by yourself.

Also I am only asking you for support for your theme and plugin. Therefor there should be no requirement for an extra fee.

Other customers also updated our theme with no issue but OK, we guess the issue from your customization.
In this case, you should tell us which section have you customed on your website? and which issue have you met?
As you know, we don't support the customer who customed their website too much because we cannot control the source code. Moreover, it will take much time to check that's the reason why it isn't free.
As your asking, you meet many issues, right? Please describe them and give us your information exactly. Our developer will take a look at your website.

The only customizations that was done to the website was for speed. All the customizations were done in the Functions PHP. But since my last update it looks like the customizations are already erased.
The other customization I did was to the login button. I had a freelancer make it so the login button brought you to this login page https://listings.tntteam.ca/idx/userlogin.
Last week I tried to get my Host Godaddy to fix the theme but when they tried updating it the website became very slow so they had to restore the theme from the previous version.

You can find the child theme file in our package file so you can install it by Upload via WordPress. In addition, you should try to learn how to use Child Theme by yourself. Because we don't know what files which you changed in the parent theme.
