we have added the translation for views and applications button in the header of each job post, but for some reason the translation for "views" does not appear.
Can you please advice where / how to make sure the translation appears?

You can use plugin Loco translate and translate it.

is this the only solution? We prefer using poeddit and amending the .po files. Usually this should work! We are not a fan of implementing 2 ways to translate a theme...and try to avoid too many plugins.

Of course you can use Poedit.
You should place the .po file in the wordpress directory (wp-content / languages)7 months ago #10819597 months ago #10820186 months, 3 weeks ago #1082145
we have updated the theme to the latest version and amended the .po file again. Unfortunately the "views" does still appear in English. Can you please check again?

I used Poedit and created a new .po file. All translated strings are working normally. You can use Poedit and continue translate with the de_DE.po file.
I think you probably didn't use the latest noo.pot file.
Please reload your site and check again.

When you're done, you can send us a translation with 2 .po and .mo files.
We will update it into the next version.
