My clients have said that they cannot get past the Update Company Info page when purchasing a second employer job advert on our website.
Even with all the fields completed, I can't get past this screen either as it keeps looping back to the same Update Company Info page and not letting us create the second ad.
What can we do to get past step 2 to be able to create an ad?
Even with all of the fields completed, even the not required fields, it's still not getting to the step 3 create ad page. Can you please assist? (Screenshot attached)

I have checked your site with that account. I can still post a job, it also has an issue with company info.
I think the issue is with the full address field on the company profile.
Please recheck that field.

The issue is when trying to post a second job. I've had customers who have come back a year later and still not able to post. The post expires after 30 days. If a customer wants to purchase a second job ad the website it keeps looping back to the same Update Company Info page and not letting us create the second ad.
Have you tried posting a second ad from your account?
Yes, it still requires updated company information before posting a job.
