Some fields are missing on add new user form and edit user form.

I have installed the job Monster theme on my site (https://texassecurityguardjobs.com/). When adding a new user, who is an employer triggered a second drop-down, which allowed the selection of precisely which company they were an employer within
I have seen and used that function previously, but it is now gone

Please help me to get those fields back.

Hi.

We have checked and found the issue is from your Ultimate member plugin config.

Please select the WP Default Employer role, then you will see the company listing select field.
