Hi!
My search buttons are not working correctly. They take me to where I need to go but the data doesn’t stick. Also, when on that page, the data doesn’t work. It just shows “0” search results for the jobs and on resumes, it shows all resumes regardless of the search.
Please help. I already had one upset customer. 🙁Attachments:

1 year, 9 months ago #1219891Thank you! I am having a lot of people upset about my search functions not working.
It doesn’t work on the jobs page, either. That one needs fixed, too.
Additionally, when I am on my site in WordPress, the resume and jobs pages do not even have the edit button on the top strip. It’s like they don’t exist on the editing side unless I go into pages themselves and even then, it’s bare.1 year, 9 months ago #1219896Hi.
I have checked and helped you fix the resume search function. Please recheck it.
The admin top bar doesn't have the edit button for the archive page. The edit button only displays a single post/page. Please recheck it. https://prnt.sc/rnxYPtIZakpP
Thanks.

Can you fix the jobs page, too? It’s not displaying correctly on the search.
It’s showing featured jobs twice and as can be seen, the one job I have is located in Virginia but when you search Virginia it says no results and doesn’t even show featured jobs.It should display the only job there in the Virginia search since it’s a Virginia job, but it doesn’t.
Can you fix this?

1 year, 9 months ago #1219925Hi.
I have checked the job search function, and only the search job on the sidebar is working fine. The search on the job heading doesn't work. I don't know why, maybe it has an issue with the query. I need more time to check it.
Thanks.
1 year, 9 months ago #1219941Any update here?
I reached out to Bluehost and they downgraded my php and it is working now. They said you all need to fix the settings or something to get it to work correctly without having to do that. I have had people complaining because they go to my site but can’t even access the jobs.
They said to have you all fix it asap so it doesn’t happen again. 🙁

I need to update my php for my plugins and site security/updates but I can’t because there is an error affecting my site with the new php. When they downgraded my php, the search worked. Something is wrong there with the theme, they said. Please let me know what needs done.

1 year, 9 months ago #1219996Hi again.
Maybe the issue is from the PHP version. Can you give us the CPanel account? Can we access your site to downgrade or upgrade the PHP version to check that issue?
Thanks.

Also, my jobs page is still showing a job that expired on 02/24?
This might be related to the other issues?

Do you think the search function issue is from the PHP version? I'll help you check it now.
Please wait for us.
Thanks.
1 year, 8 months ago #1220023Hi.
I have checked and found the issue from the Jetpack plugin. After deactivating that plugin, the search function works fine.
Please recheck it and let us know again.
Thanks.
