These "resume suggestions" are given according to the criteria of category, location and datetime. Count "resume suggest", you can edit in menu "Jobmonster -- Settings -- Max Resume Suggest".

If you are a developer, you can edit the functions as you like at file: ..\wp-content\themes\JobMonster\noo-jobmonster\layouts\dashboard\manage-resume-suggest.php.
If not, then I recommend not fixing it yourself.
