Hi there,
when a candidate it's creating a resume, birthdate it's always '01/Jan/1970'. In the user profile is correctly filled in.
Are you guys able to help me without access to it? Just asking because connection to the website it's blocked to the exterior.

at this moment I can't do that. Communications with this sub-domain from the exterior of the company network are blocked. IT Director will only open when it's ready. I'll provide you with credentials when that happen.
Another thing, last week I was making some aspect changes on the homepage. Everything was working until I used 'UNDO' button in WPbakery editor. After that, the homepage became what you can see in the images attached. With those two sections misformatted.
I tried a lot of different approaches to make things right again, but no juice, so I restored a previous backup.
I thought it was that UNDO button until it happened again. This time doing something completely different. Editing htaccess file, adding some security strings. Reverted everything I've done, but again, nothing happened.
Do you have any idea why this happens? Can we do some troubleshooting without access to it?

You try to check: the width of the image, display for each device,... (all in WPbakery editor).

Hi,
I managed to notice that sometimes, doing some random changes in random places, 'Template' option on 'Page Attributes' flips over automatically to 'Default Template' instead of 'Full Width'. Don't know why this occurs because both times that happened I was doing completely different things.
If I find something I'll report. Thanks anyway.

Also when you check birthday error, please check why Front End PM doesn't let me choose which roles are able to send new messages. Every time I tick the roles I want, it doesn't work. Everyone can still send new messages. Even if I untick every option.

You go to Email Template -> Email Candidate -> enable config for them.

Besides the fact of not having same style of main website, some information it's not showing up and the printing button still appears with no function.

When a person is creating a resume, the print symbol is also present and it's clickable. It shouldn't appear in that section since it opens a new window misformated with no relevant information.

Hi,
when you press the print button, the new window that opens does not have all the info introduced in the resume.
I attached two image. The first one it's showing all resume details. When you press the print button, a lot of information of the resume it's missing from printing view. And the print button still appears in the opened window and does not work.
