Hi ,
In settings I have checked the require email confirmation option: Newly registered users will be required to confirm their email addresses before accessing their account. Please note that this will delay registrations.
But a newly registered employer is not receiving the confirmation email. She has tried multiple times and it is not in her spam folder.
Please can you help with this urgently!

Hi,
Please can someone come back to me about the above. We are getting a new employers, that are not receiving the confirm your email address email, when they register as an employer.
We have currently turned this off for now, but we would prefer to be able to use this as an additional safeguard to spam bots.

But we have 3 cases of where the employer didn't received the email you attached.
Is there possible reasons why they are no receiving the confirmation email?
