I'm not satisfied with the product, I've submitted a refund request to Envato. I have recently deleted from my website. Though the request has been in progress. I am trying to solve it without causing negative events. But I did not understand why my refund request has been in progress. Any places in the world if the customer is not satisfied, good companies reimburses. I hope you understand.

For your question: First, we are really sorry but you aren't satisfied with our product. However, can you tell us which characters of Jobmonster theme which you didn't want to use it?
In addition, we think that you have considered carefully before deciding to buy our theme. Therefore, it is not a reason for us to give you a refund.

I am not satisfied with everything..it is very confusing.
In addition to this, i am very surprised that i am not able to get my refund..
This was not the product that i should have purchased and I beleived this was the wrong purchased

Why did you buy Jobmonster theme when you aren't satisfied it?
When you play on our demo website, we think that you understood the activity of it. Thus, that's no reason why after downloading our theme, you want to return your money. We are really sorry but we cannot process this request.
