Sorry, may be I'm not explain it well.
I mean if I run out of "refresh time", how can I renew that?
For example, your picture show "5 refresh times", if i refresh 5 times already, what can I do next?
cheers

In your example, after 5 job refreshes, the user cannot refresh the job anymore, but you can use the job package to let the user buy it and continue using the job refresh function.
Regards.

In this case, can I set the refresh time to unlimited?

Go to the jobmonster setting in the Job tab, set the Refresh Job Limit field to 999999999, this time it will be unlimited.
Regards.

4 years, 4 months ago #1082013just one more question,
is there anyway that I can put a different "refresh time" for each user e.g. USER A has 100 refresh time and USER B has 500 refreah time, can i do that?
4 years, 4 months ago #1082029Hi,
You can create different packages so users can choose the package they want it to.

I ask for some explanation please:
when an employer refresh a job, does it only go up to top but not changing the expired date?
What's mean max job suggest and what it differents from job limit?
Can I cancel the closing date if it is not in use?
4 years, 2 months ago #1084818Hi,
Refresh a job: only refreshes the publish date -> making it visible at the top of the page.
If you want to update expired date -> you need to use the function "Reposting".
- Max Job Suggest: It is used for the Job Suggest function on Candidate users (Job limits will be sent to candidate email address)
- Job Limit: The number of Jobs that Employer can post to the site.
- Close Date: This is the default field and is always used. If you leave this blank or unused, it will still be updated via "Job's Expiration Date (or Job Duration)".
Best regards,
tb.
