I am able to login using the theme login form once. But after I have logged out and try to log back in. It is saying I am already logged in and click on "refresh". But When I click on refresh, I am not logged in. But it keeps saying I am logged in.

Dear, I think that problem because you use cache plugin on your site, please deactivate cache plugin your site to check again or check cache plugin settings to 'Disable cache when user logged in'

Dear, I see your site use WordPress custom version of SiteOrigin, please kindly contact with SiteOrigin to ask if that SiteOrigin use cache please disable when user is login.
Also, I see your site still use Jobmonster old version, please kindly update to latest version 4.6.6.2

I don't think we are using a custom version of Site Origin. I have deactivated "SiteOrigin Widget Bundle" plugin because that was the only thing I could find that is related to SiteOrigin. I have checked installed plugins and there is nothing with a cache function.
