if I upload a profile picture, is there a way to crop it? Or is there a plugin for this?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

We think that you should upload an appropriate profile picture. For example with the logo company size, you should upload an image with 160x160px.

ok,

is it possible to send an error message? If the file format or size is wrong?
Currently it just disappears after the upload and is not displayed.
We have also tried this on your sample page.

Furthermore we noticed that .jpg works but .JPG doesn't work.
Can I add the file extension?

There is a suggestion when uploading a profile image. Please see this image 1

As we understand, there is only .jpg and it seems that .jpg and.JPG are the same. If possible, please provide us 2 images example of them.

These are .png image types. What is the issue of these images?

Hi again,

We tried again, but the picture can't be uploaded. It always goes up to 100% and then it's gone. Also at the template demo page we can't upload it. Have already tried different PCs. (Chrome, Firefox, IE etc.)

What could be the reason?

It seems that the reason is your network or your server so you can contact them about this issue. Because we also got access to your website then check it, it still worked normally
