problem with uploading of floor plan

Hello, i have tried place the image and filling up all the details for the floor plan session under properties. when i click submit it doesn't seem to capture the floor plan and the details.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

We also got access to your website then tried to create a new property and fill out information for floor plan section. It still works fine when viewing on front-end.
