Hi guys!
Thanks for your usual attention.
Actually my problem is with the Resume Package (I just mentioned that I could post jobs in order to prove that my Resume Package was active bc I offer free and umlimited job posting in every Resume Packages)
anyway you can forget the jobs.
My point is that I cant make that only Emplyees with Paid Package be able to see contact info and certain custom fields even though I've made all the recomended settings

But a candidate cannot post a job in Jobmonster theme so we don't sure your question clearly. You also mentioned Resume Package and Post Job so we don't sure about your question.
If possible, please describe step by step which you made and the issue that you met.

I'm talking about COMPANIES/EMPLOYERS.
COMPANIES/EMPLOYERS with PAID PACKAGES (Resume Package) are not being able to see neither CANDIDATE CONTACT INFO nor the CUSTOM FIELDS with view permission selected as EMPLOYER WITH PAID PACKAGE.
And all the possible configuration in order that this should happen is already done (or maybe I could had missed something but you'll only know that and then be able to help me if you access my website with the access info I already sent to you a week ago).
Did I make myself clear?

We have checked our theme and found the issue from the source code. Yes, it has the issue with custom field view permission.
Can you check the FTP account again? It shows an empty folder.

Please update the theme to this version. It will help you fix the issue with custom field view permission.

One doubt: whats the most recommended way to update the theme?
Download it on themeforest and replace it?
Because I didn't find any 'update theme' in my website backend.
And if I update the theme by downloading the new version and replacing it will I lose all changes I've made directly on the theme files?
This is the right way to do customizations form now on?

It seems that there are some conflicts between your server and our server. That's the reason why you don't see the updated message.
In this case, please go to ThemeForest market to download the latest version of Jobmonster theme, then upload it to your FTP or your WordPress website.
In addition, you remember to back up all customization files before updating or write them to your child theme. It will be saved when updating our theme.

Currently, an employer can approve or reject a job application independently. It isn't related administrator.
Can you check it carefully? Then describe your question as clearly as possible then we will check it.
