problem with action control

hi

here are the settings of my choice action control.

if an employer registers, he can see the email address of a candidate even without a pack. However I did inform the fields actions in the settings. I also filled the custom fields so I do not understand why the email address remains visible. Because the phone is well hidden because it just does not appear.
Moreover for the hidden information, is it possible that instead there is a message indicating "information hidden" or other?
