Hi,
My JobBoard niche will be for Microsoft Office freelancers. Not all jobs posted will be from companies. Some of the jobs will be posted by individuals in need of support or custom work.
How can I change throughout the site the references to the label "Company" and change it to something like "Job Poster"

Your mean: Change text "Company" to "Job Poster".
1) You can install plugins "WP Multilang" to change.
2) Edit file: ....\wp-content\themes\jobica1\languages\jobica.pot with application Poedit. Change word "company" to "job poster".
