Hi,
I installed slider revolution plugin and updated it.
1) I can't open WPBakery Page Builder page of some pages that has slider revolution feature such as "Home 7 - Job Categories Home". (refer to error1.png). I want to edit those pages.
2) My Slider Revolution page displays Slider Revolution is not activated and ask me purchase code.
Is it normal status?
In plugin page, it is activated.3) Also there is importing error for "home-slider.zip". (home2.zip has no issue)
Displayed "Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!" message.
4) I delete the first row/column in editing page of 'RecruitExpert Home'.
Can I recover it? (refer to 'RecruitExpert Home - the first row.png')
I want to delete only "progress element".

1- Please give us your website's URL/ admin account and FTP account privately via checking Set as private reply checkbox. We will check this issue.
2- Don't worry about this. You can use Slider Revolution plugin normally. If the newest version of Slider Revolution releases, you can contact us. Then we will give you a package.
3/4- We need your admin account to get access Dashboard then we will check this issue directly.

I think there is server issue, so I will change its server and re-install the theme.

1. How to add a search button to the header
2. Add one or more header buttons to the header
3. I want to change the number of colums(ex; 2 or 5~6)

First of all, please set your topic is private if you give us your website's URL & admin account, it will be secured for your website. In addition, we tried to get access to your website but unsuccessfully. Please check it again.
For your question:
1/2/3: Currently, we don't support these functions and you should edit source code to make it. Moreover, you should find a freelancer developer to help.
4- You can go to Settings > General then change the site name as your desired.
5- Please make sure that you have imported home2.zip file to Jobmonster's website. This file is attached in our package which you downloaded from ThemeForest market.
