On every post, you request for login details? How are we supposed to solve problems by ourselves faster? most of the topics are not unique meaning you know very well that such a problem exists yet you keep the replies private while you take forever to attend to the problems.
I have seen this "we had a long national holiday in our country. How many holidays do you have? what country is this?
I was told that the lost password issue was fixed in the new version and that is why I decided to renew my licence even though I didn't need the new version. Now it has given me more problems than its worth and the lost password link is still not working.
Please improve your support!
