“Please confirm your email address to complete your registration.” colour

Hi,

I would like to change the text colour and the background colour of the confirmation message that a user sees right after registering, before clicking the account activation link. Is it possible to target it? I don't want to target all the error messages, I want to target only that specific message.

I'm referring to the "Please confirm your email address to complete your registration."
