Phone number during Sign up

Please how do I include phone number and make it mandatory as part of the sign up? It's key to our operations.

Dear.
the Jobmonster not support Phone Number in register form but you can add 'Phone Number' field for Employer Company profile and make it is require field. To to it, please go to 'Jobmonster -> Custom fields -> Employer' and add new 'Phone Number' text field.
