Hi,
we use woocommerce for the payments.
When a broker pays for a package and then cancel that payment he is still able to submit a property.we make a refund and the order status is set to cancelled.
What more do we have to do so the broker cannot submit a property?Please advise.

Hi,
You go to the Woocommerce -> Orders -> update the refund status for the Order.
