    Hi - our password reset function/email works --- but there is no link to reset? Can you check out? Will send ftp/admin account in private reply next.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    We have got access to your website then found out the issue. Because your website isn't compatible with wpForo plugin lead to this issue. In case, we deactivated this plugin then check reset password email. It worked fine.

    We still deactivated it so you can check it again.
