Hi,
I've noticed that our password reset function has stopped working. It's worked fine up until recently. I'm aware that the website is running theme version 4.4.4 (we cannot update until our customisations are aligned with the newer version). I have a staging site running theme version 4.5.1.2 but the password reset delivers an error 404 on that site, so I cannot proceed to update until that is fixed anyway! How do I get the password resets working, please?

In recent versions, we have updated the password forgetting function to avoid conflicts with WooCommerce.
This function resides in the file noo_form_handler.php (/noo-jobmonster/framework/admin/).
Cause of inactivity:
It looks like you have used Child Theme and overwritten this file, and it is an old version. You need to update this file to the latest version to be able to fix this problem.

I have replaced the noo_form_handler.php in the Child Theme with that of the latest Parent Theme but it still delivers an error 404 page.

What site can I update or customize without affecting you? (I need a test site to be able to update to the latest version).

We basically need the test site version working so this can be transferred to the live site while we get the latest version compatible with our customisations.

I update the last new version for Jobmonster.
You need to disable the "Disable Email" plugin to the "send mail" function active.

Thanks for doing that. We will need to get our developers to make our customisations compatible with the latest theme version, as most of what the business relies upon is missing from the site now. I'm aware of the "Disable Email" plugin, the password reset link was delivering an error 404, which I see is now working.
