Hi!
My packages are not matching after selecting them.
When selecting my job package, the package details don’t match up after signing up. My companies on the site are not even displaying on the bottom of the page where it’s supposed to rotate the featured company logos.
Can you fix this?
Can you check the resume package to ensure it’s working correctly after?
Might be a Woocommerce setting issue or something. Not sure?
Help please! 🙂

I can’t get it to work.I have tried using the “Job Packages” selection, the “[noo_job_package_list]” and it shows the same package to select, but it doesn’t pull in when selected - it doesn’t even go to a purchase screen, even though it’s free - just pulls whatever is in the JobMonster settings. Since I’m using WooCommerce, if I delete information in the settings, it won’t let you add anything - it doesn’t recognize it.
10 months ago #1219892Additional note - when someone registers, they select employer or candidate and that’s it. They have access to do whatever the theme allows - you don’t have to go through my woocommerce products to obtain those accesses. Not sure why. The site acknowledges that they are there and people can even click the packages on my pages which takes them to the registration screen and they are in - once in, it’s not that package - it’s the standard theme package. The two don’t seem to be working correctly together.
10 months ago #1219897Hi.
To use the Job package, you need to change the action control Post Job to Employer with the paid package. As I see, you are config the posted job to Employer, which means every employer will have permission to post a job without the package. Then it won't use the package. https://prnt.sc/J0K0op-yR-cC
Please recheck it.
Thanks.
10 months ago #1219901Thank you! It appears to be working now. I didn’t realize that setting was there to include “paid” even if it was “free.”
