Recently a brand new company purchased a job package to post jobs on the website. They were able to sign up and purchase the package and my client received payment but there is no verification in the backend of the website showing that they actually purchased the package. Nothing in WooCommerce or anything.
We recently upgraded the theme to v4.5.1.9 and WP to 5.0.1 before that.
We did the Theme upgrade because there was an issue with the resumes on employees not actually saving that was fixed in the newer version.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, I meant to get back sooner but client confirmed it was a mistake on their end of understanding how things worked.
