The title says it all.
The changes I make on the design and layout tab do not reflect on the website.
They do work while I am on the setting panel, but once I save them and go to the main website - none of the changes reflect.
Just the 2 color tabs... Would you be able to assist me with it?

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the late response.
For the customizer, when you save the customizer, it will render the CSS to custom.css file. I'm afraid your site or server cache that file and you can't see the change.
Please clear the cache when you don't see the change at the front-end.

I have a lot of other problems too
Unable to edit the woocoommerce shop page, etc..
Problem is still persisting in the website.
Unable to edit blog page headers, etc...
There is no cached plugins residing server side. Just checked.
Also php version 7.2
Colors were fixed.
However I can not get to give custom header to shop page and blog page.
Page settings for this 2 pages seems not to be working
