In my theme I minded about 6000 location. On some devices, opening the combo location is very slow. Is there any way to Improve without taking location?

I did not use the license key as you are talking about. I just use at one domain.
If you check your system, you'll see the domains that the license was active are the same. It doesn't make sense if it's one key for each domain.
