Hi,
So when we go into a class and try to add or change a date and save class its not saving.

Dear, I think that problem because Datetime picker of Noo Timetable plugin is conflict with Divi builder. I have go to 'Divi -> Theme options -> builder tab' and disable builder for 'Classes' post type.
Now. I see the date picker in class is working. Please check your site again.
