After registration in out website, new members are not receiving emails to complete confirmation.

Please make sure that you have configured in JM Jobmonster > Settings > Member > Check "Require Email Confirmation" checkbox.
In addition, if you still cannot receive the notification email, you should install Easy SMTP plugin then configure it. Because this plugin will help you can send email easily.
