Hi,
I am having a problem when I try to change the Noo Timetable Settings, Schedule Settings and even the Purchase Code: when I push the save button all my changes disappear and all the values retur to the original settings.
I was able to normally save my changes untill tow days ago, then it did not work anymore. Even the Purchase Code disappered and I can't save it again.
I tryed using the WP default theme and deactivating all other plugins, but the problem still occured.
If you need I can provide credentials to acces the site.
Can you plese help?
Thank you.

I have enabled debugging on your site and received this error.
You go to wp-config.php and set define('WP_DEBUG', true);
You can fix it and try again.
Best regards,
tb.

For this issue, it's about the capacity of server. Could you try the solution in the following links?

4 years, 5 months ago #1080651Hi,
thanks for your help.We have allocated 256M for the max_allowed_packet parameter.
At firs this seemed to work, but now the problem showed again. Is it possible that 256M is too low? Should we set it to 512M?
Thank you.

Of course you can increase to 512M.
