No new sign up and No new resumes are uploading on my site.

Dear Ma'am,

Suddenly no new registration and sign up stops on my website. Is there problem with the script which disable new resume upload for users. Before it was not like that everyday I got 4-5 new candidate resumes on my website and many registration. But suddenly all are stop now, but visitors are still coming.

Kindly check the script,is there any error in siging up and submitting resume on my site.

On my PC it is not registering on Mozilla Firefox. But on other PC it is doing registration. I don't know why.

Also there sudden decrease in new registration of candidate and employer on my site.
