Dear, the Jobmonster current version not support to hide it, we're will add support hide it in next update version.

Dear, Please kindly update Jobmonster theme on your site to latest version 4.6.6.4 then if you want hide Next/Prev button in Single Post, Please install and switch your site to use Jobmonster Child theme. then add custom PHP code in file functions.php of Jobmonster child theme.
