When I try to update additional CSS in customizer it is not updating, I have tried disabling all plugins.

Thanks for contacting us.
I found out that you have used the older version of Jobmonster theme so please update it to the newest version. Remember to backup all customization files before updating.
In addition, please make sure that you have deleted the cache from your server. Can you check it again?
Furthermore, how can we get access to your FTP? Please let us know.

1.I see it is still workings on your page.
2.You change all articles link color in customize. Go to Customize->Additional Css then add css:
body a{color:#3366ff;}

You can do it by Go to Customize->Additional Css then add css:
@media (max-width:480px) {footer{
display: none !important;}
.wigetized{
display: none !important;}}
