I hope things find you well. I am having issues with the primary (main) menu not loading in the header. The menu appears directly below the header. It needs to be located in the header to appear correctly. Thanks in advance!!

Because you clicked to Import Demo button many times that's the reason why you got this issue.
In this case, please go to Appearance> Menu then delete the unnecessary menu item on your site.

The main problem is that you created the menu items which are the long title and you add many menu items to the Home menu. In this case, we also created a new menu then added the menu items which are the short name, it worked fine. Please see this image: https://prnt.sc/o6pq5l
We still keep this configuration on your site so you can refer to it then custom your menu again.
