Menu doesnt work in product pages only

Hello,

Menu doesn't work when visiting a product: https://estoria.traderobotix.com/product/mickey/

Happens in any product page. Could you please have a look?

This line was part of your solution to display the menu on the right instead of left and always as mobile. I commented out the lines but still doesnt work. WARNING: it works at all pages but product pages!

Bear in mind that we run WordPress 4.9.10 instead of 5.2.1 and Woocommerce 3.5.2 instead of 3.6.3

Your template is not the latest update as well.

BUT I dont want to update until we finish the whole site because we have made several changes to WC.

We only help you to hide it on the mobile devices but you added this Custom CSS segment lead to your menu was hidden in the screen solution 1991px. In this case, you should only set to hide the menu on screen solution: 768px - this also the mobile device screen.

Please check it again, then feedback us.

Probably you havent understand what I mean. In another site works fine (https://acrilan.traderobotix.com/product/ithaki/ ) , the template is exactly the same. In this site (https://estoria.traderobotix.com/product/flag-me-ena-grafeio-troxilata-syrtaria/ ) doesnt work for product pages only! It works everywhere else. It could be a plugin which may interfere with the menu?

 

It's not the max width of the media though.

Yes, It also has the conflict with a 3rd plugin "Advanced Woocommerce Product Gallery Slider".

Please check that plugin again or you can give us the FTP account. We will help you debug that issue again.

We have helped you check the conflict with that plugin. But on the next time, if you update the plugin, it will be lost the code. So you should contact the plugin author to fix the issue on the next version.
