Map not working

I am having a problem with the map function. I have the Google Maps Javascript API and the Google Maps places API turned on. The map loads, but the jobs do not show up on the map.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Please make sure that you have added a premium Google API key for your Map. In addition, you should provide us with your admin account and FTP account privately via checking Set as private reply checkbox then we will check your issue.

As I understand it, Google got rid of the Premium Plan in 2016. I didn't get a premium plan before 2016, so does that mean I cannot use this?

Thanks for your feedback.

Now, Google requires  the user needs to have a premium Google API key for Map so you should check it again in this link:https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

Therefore, we also support Bing Map and you consider using it by going to JM Jobmonster > Settings > Location then choose Map Type. This is a free tool.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to us.

We have got access to your website then found our that you used Text type for the address custom field so we helped you to change it to Map Picker.  Please check your Bing Map information correctly then check the Google Map again. If it doesn't work, you should provide us with your FTP account also then we will check your source code.
