2 weeks ago #1218673This reply has been marked as private.2 weeks ago #1218674Also when you are looking at the site, I have given admin a featured package, but I wanted to swap it to the premium package so I deleted the order and added the premium order to the account but it has not changed.
Any advice?
1 week, 6 days ago #1218686Hi again.
We have checked and fixed the job location display on the preview job page. Please recheck it.
To change the, you can't add the new order to the account. Because we will save the package meta to the user when the progress the order from the front-end, not the back-end. So you need to upgrade the user package from the front end.
Thanks.

I added the package to the backend to begin with by manually creating an order and it worked fine, so why can't I remove the package?

Yes it seems to display if you use the default location on the map, if you try and change it to a different location say London or Manchester for example it does not show
1 week ago #1218738I don't use the default map location, you can select the suggested address from the map input field, and drag the map marker to the correct location. That will make the job get the correct longitude and latitude to display the map.
Please recheck it.
Thanks.

Are you using mac or windows?
4 days, 6 hours ago #1218758I'm using mac os with a chrome browser. What is your device?
Thanks.
2 days, 23 hours ago #1218762I'm using windows and chrome and it doesn't seem to work but it seems to work on my macbook with chrome
1 day, 5 hours ago #1218772Please update your chrome browser and try it again. Or wait until the weekend, we will get the windows device to help you check that issue. I have the script to load the map at the preview job, I don't think that issue from the browser.
Thanks.
