Manage Plan no showing in Employer or Candidate Sub menu or heading menu

Hello there,

I added the manage plan option in the back end so users can upgrade by simply clicking on it going to the packages page. But it's not showing on either menu. Not sure what's wrong. Please help!

Hi,

The "Manage Plan" page is currently displayed only when the Employer Package is enabled.
