Hello,
it is possible ride off of the pending status without made any action? I mean, showing, for example, in the status the word "ok" instead "Pending" and that's it!

Sorry, in Jobmonster, the new job application always save with 'pending' status and it require Employer to ''Approve' or 'Reject' it.
