Hi,
Why does the grid view look so messed up? Strange padding issues and we need the boxes to have the same height to look consistent and uniform. Screenshot attached.

Dear, the grid style difficult to height to look consistent and uniform because the job title text and meta text not is equal lenght, it display on 1, 2 and 3 lines.

Hmm ok, understood.
Just an idea... could we put min-height on divs? 1 line title next to a 3 line title would look strange with a white space but at least the divs below will start in the same position, it should make the grid look neater.
Would that work?
