Is there a Company_ID NUMBER or Employer_ID NUMBER that can be used to list all of the Employers job listings? For example, instead of "http://wp.nootheme.com/jobmonster/companies/bmw-of-north-america/" it would be "http://wp.nootheme.com/jobmonster/companies/12345/" if bmw-of-north-america was Employer_ID = 12345

We recommend not using ID (Company_ID or employer_ID) in urls. There are 2 reasons:
1) Security
2) Avoid being crawled.
