Currently, LinkedIn doesn't allow to get the private information of the customers. That's the reason why you didn't get the avatar on your site. In addition, please make sure that you have installed Easy SMTP plugin to send email easily.

Hi,
Currently Linkedin has changed its policy of using API. In order to access the full profile of a user via API, you will need to be granted r_fullprofile permission. And to have that right you have to be their partner.
Therefore, application functionality via linkedin will no longer work on Jobmonster.
