Hi,

I am not sure about this isse. It seems that data from the URL is not returned via the $ GET method.

Do you have create any rules for website URLs?

You can backup the content of the .htaccess file, then remove it. Next you go to Settings -> Permalinks -> click Save Change -> load your site and check again.

Can I use the duplicator plugin to be able to make a copy of your website on localhost to test this problem?
