basically I'm in sandbox mode for payments, everything is fine but my first ad is marked as “payment pending” when the real status is “completed”.
can you please help me?

I have no response to my various tickets and I think it's a shame to pay and not have support.
For info on this ticket, it only sets the status to pending payment for the first ad (whereas the status in woo is complete).
For the other ads, this one goes directly to active.
do you have a solution?

To fix the pending package order, please go to WooCommerce/ Settings/ Advanced/ Features/ and select "WordPress Post Storage" for the Order data storage option.
Please recheck it.

I have checked and fixed the pending payment issue on your site by using the shortcode for the checkout page.
Now it works fine. Please recheck it.
