Seems like noo jobs and noo resumes are not behaving as required. pagination and auto slide is not working in both. Check screenshot for details

everything is fine when logged in as admin or user.When going as visitor, search bar is not proper, Latest job is freezed, video is stretched and buttons dont work in mobile view.

This all issue is happening due to bad cache plugin.
I have tried multiple cache plugins to speed up my slow website but could nit succeed. Every time these plugins make some changes in my website.Please help
Dear, i see that problem because javascript error on your site like attachment, please deactivate or check setting 'Autoptimize' plugin and check your site again.

After removing "Autoptimize" plugin, Problem is solved but then how would I be able to optimize my page to get speed?I am getting heavy page loading time with large page size and bad score on gtmatrix. Screenshot attached.
Please help me to improve my loading speed and performance score.
If you use Autoptimize plugin, please check Autoptimize plugin setting and not allow it optimize Jquery or you can use Total Cache plugin to optimize your site.
