    We have an issue with companies buying multiple packages.

    Eg a company bought a package for 3 jobs and use 2. There is 1 job posting left.

    If they buy another 3 job postings, then the website overwrites the remaining 1 job posting with the new 3, instead of displaying 4 job posting (1 of 1st package + 3 new job postings)

    Yes, the current logic will overwrite your current package with a new one. So the job posting number will not count to the new package. Because it also depends on your package date for the job posting.
