Import Category CSV file uploading to location on both upload choices

I have set up a CSV file to upload my Job Categories, the file uploads fine, but the data always goes to location and not categories. I have triple checked I am clicking the right CSV menu, and have even tried uploading to location encase the menu items had been switched, but no matter which  CSV menu I use, it goes to location everytime, it's quite frustrating.

 

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Firstly, you should provide us with your CSV file because we want to import it to our website and see the activity of it.

In addition, you should give us your website's URL, admin account privately via checking Set as the private checkbox.

Hi again.

I have import our job category with your CSV file, it still works fine. Just have the wrong completed message when you import the job category. But it still imports the correct value.

Please check it again.
